im new to the kickboat game and wanted to know what areas on the delta are productive during the summer. i hear alot of guys talk about middle river. the areas down south past the rock barriers seem to not have deep water access. i was wondering how you guys do there this time of year? do you get into some nice fish, or just alot of dinks and 2 pounders? i love just catching fish but would like to fish waters that have pigs around.

Check out the picture of the 13+ taken at Middle River in our last tourney. Usually a 4 to 5+ is brought to the scales every time we fish there...just not by me :(

Hey Daniel,

I might be going out to Middle River this weekend, not 100% sure though. It is either there, in Swampy's boat somewhere, or Pinto.

If you are interested in joining someone at MR (or Pinto for that matter), call my cell at 831-359-1049. If I don't head out there this weekend I'll probably do the next.
