I just finished watching part 2 of Barrack's from seminar for the 3rd time. ;-) Part 2 has a lot more 'general' info then part 1. Even if you don't fish frogs a lot, if you really pay close attention to what he's talking about, you can apply that info to almost any technique. Very informative stuff!
