I finally found a way to use my trolling motor and the livewell at the same time. Since I don't know how to work with metal, this was harder then it sounds. The pvc looks a little ghetto, but it's rock solid! The trolling bracket doesn't interfere with the lid on the livewell at all.

I added the versa deck, a 12 gallon livewell with bildge pump and a flat deck for storage. The bildge pump can be operated seperately from the sonar by turning on a toggle switch under the seat. I already had the toggle, got the idea to put it under the seat instead of on the rear deck from Steve's boat :D Thanks!

I'm gonna make some changes to the rod holder and add a drain and fill hole to the livewell. I had my boat on the water for more then 20 hours in the last 3 days and everything worked perfectly! If anyone wants any specifics on how things are mounted, just let me know. I sent some close up pics in for the gallery.
