Just a big congrats to John Lake for kicking my butt today :) . It was great fishing with him and netting his big 4.6lb Berryessa largie. Also thanks to Todd for giving us all the water ;-) . John can tell his side in his post. I don't want to steal any of his rightfully earned glory. I was just happy to stick a few fish behind him. I ended up with 10+lbs with a 2.7lb kicker. It was good enough for 3rd. I caught my fish on a yabbie, senko, and drop shotting. We both caught around 15+ fish each. It didn't start raining until 3pm when we had to weigh in. All in all a great day on the water. Can't wait for those smallies to start spawning on the next full moon }( . Talk to you all later, Pat.

Binh and I stuck some good fish too. First time I have been on a real boat at Berryessa and learned a lot.

Uh, Pat, with my Tracker it was a little more than 10 minutes to Putah...try 30 on our way back in the early afternoon with the chop. x( I did have fun running the boat as much as I did!

As for myself, I caught a bunch of fish but they were all just too small. I did everything I could but just couldn't get the bigger fish to bite. Oh well, looking forward to Clear Lake.
