The "Coyote Bait & Tackle" Open is March 31, 2007 at Coyote Reservoir in Gilroy. Anyone who fishes from a Float Tube, Kickboat, or Kayak is welcome to come on out and participate. Coyote's legendary big fish should be on the move this time of the year.

You can mail in your enrty form and fees to Coyote Bait & Tackle. Mailed in entries must also be received by March 24th.

We will begin check in at 5:00am in the campground. Weigh in will be at 3:00pm. Specific campsite details will follow.

After the weigh in there will be a big raffle with lots of great prizes donated by Coyote Bait and Tackle. All tournament participants are guaranteed a prize!

You know I always want a piece of you Lake, and you know I would be there if I could - even though I'm fishing the National Guard Delta and a team tournament the two weeks prior }(
I would be more afraid of Nico though for this tournament if he fishes :) You'll have all the competition you want.

Bill, yes there are a couple of hotels close by, a couple miles from the lake. I can't remember exactly whitch ones but I could find out and let you know. You could also camp out at the lake.
