Congratulations to Todd Iwamoto for winning the SCBBBC Angler of the Year title yesterday at Spring Lake! Todd pulled off a remarkable rally. He had only one small fish at around noon, while Bill Sweatt, only 3 points behind in the standings, had 4. Plus, others were catching fish, so it looked tough for the SF Kid. But Todd rallied, not only to bring in a 5-fish limit, but to take 1st place & the title. He weighed in 5 fish for 12.03 lbs, anchored by a nice 4.54 lb'er, & took home another win, his 3rd individual tournie win of the year. That's pretty amazing, considering we only had 5 individual tournies this year.

Thanks, Todd, for a great season. He's an excellent angler, an outstanding sportsman, & a relatively nice guy (just kidding - he's great, & well-liked by everyone in the club).

Major Congrats to Todd. Way to go bud! You've had a banner year.

I'll be there next year for the duration to put a little more pressure on ya! :-) And we should have a normal schedule to work with as well. I can't believe that was the last regular SCBBBC club tourney of the year. Par for the course I guess.
