O hell yes....If the river is in shape. but it needs to stop raining for about 4-6 days straight. I went there on tues. it looked like it was going to be fishable soon. but then the rain came and took the river and pounded it. so we will see. i sure hope it's in good shape though. that would be awsome! You free on weekdays too?

Oh yeah. I can go mid week. That's the nice thing about web work. To a degree, you can make your own hours. The site I'm working on is about done so I can get out at a moments notice.

Today is the day dude. The conditions are perfect, the fish are there and it's the only chance we're gonna get before this next friggin storm shows up and screws the river for another week.

Dude..I have worked the last 16 days straight..hard to call in sick when you work for your dad..but i can get a couple of days off. I just want to make sure we stick fish. we will go. but wait until it's time to do it. like i said i was there for a little bit and only saw one fish landed. and thats by my uncle who is a friken pro!!

Well, this is not where i wanted to be today but there is always thursday. when i got up at 3:45 to go get you it was rainen like a sonofabitch. and my pop said he was goen back to sleep so.... maybe tomarro. look at the forcast.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I had my waders & boots on and was ready but I expected we'd wait until better weather.

I have a few Hot Shots and 1 Wiggle Wart. That's about it as far as plugs go. I've never caught a steelhead on a plug because I usually fish from the bank and can't really use 'em there. I have 2 rods, a small box of corkies and spin-n-glos, plenty of slinkies, hooks, swivels and yarn. It's enough to catch fish with... usually. lol

yeah man this sucks i never wanted to be here today. i guess my dad was staying awake hoppen the rain would stop but it didn't slow down until 6 o'clock. so what about friday?

I haven't seen what color the river is so it's hard for me to say. I don't think we got more than about a half inch of rain here in Santa Rosa but again, I don't know how much rain fell further upstream.
I think the Russian blows out when we get over an inch of rain so we may be ok.
If ya wanna wait one more day, it probably couldn't hurt. Then again, there'll be a lot less people on the river Friday than Saturday.
It's really your call dude. You tell me which day is better for you and we're there.
