Have youtried looking at these from Harbor Freight:
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=5002

I got one and it's a pretty good trailer. I figured new at
$300 wa better than what I could get used. I upgraded the
8" wheels with 12" ones from Pep Boys for $23 each.
I also added a winch. It's a pretty tight little trailer.

Thanks, yeh, I saw your pic's on your rebuild, looks good. I'm
just fish'in now but might go that way if I can't find
anything better and the way it's going probley will. Saw them
all the time till I wanted one. are you happy with the
trailer? did the 12" wheels lift the trailer much? I read
where you were going to lower the bunks a little for ease of
launching, did you and did it help? Thanks again.

Still learning about launching the thing. Where I launch at
Santa Margarita the water level is so high now that the launch
ramp is pretty shallow. I'm almost thinking about putting the
8" wheels back on to see if that helps. The bunk boards
tilt so I push the boat back until it is tettering back and
then back in until it floats. I think I just need some more
pactice. I found it hard to find a trailer by itself, lots of
ads for boats AND trailers. There are a couple of more sites
that sell "kit" trailers like harbour freight.
