to the Open. This is the first one I've missed for years. I was all ready for it; saved, sold, begged, borrowed, and hustled the money to go, but ended up getting a new job last minute. Finaly back to work!! Tim is feeling the economy. Steve and T are MIA, and Vern (some of you met at C.L., last Aprils' Shasta region tournament) is building a house and also started a new job and couldn't make time. Oh well, next year. On a lighter note, though, I have already caught seven bass over 6#s this year, including one pushing 10. The smallies in the creeks are going to nut-up in the next few weeks, and the fatties in Whiskey Town are primed. So at least I have some good fishing to look forward to.
