#4408, "Clear Lake"

I just checked the BnT 2001 Schedule to confirm dates for next month's tournament at Clear Lake, and to my dismay, the date still reads TBA. A quick post from someone in the know will help me in setting my schedule for October.

Thanks,

Steve

This may be a bit early but are where are we going to launch/camp? Any changes to the normal BNT rules?

Thanks,

Clint

Clint,

Thanks for posting. We're still trying to sort out some of those details. We've blasted off f/ Rodman Slough for the last couple of years. It's a good, central location, with great lake access, but is getting rather crowded. As far as camping - we'll probably shoot for U Wanna Camp. It is better situated in relation to the north side of the lake, although it lacks lake access. It is a nice campground.

We'll have all the details nailed down after our next club meeting (10/3).

Rules are pretty much the same. Oars are OK. 12" minimum size. We pay the top 1/3 of entrants, plus $100/day for big fish. We'll make sure all the rules are posted on the Invitational website that Jeff Andress put together.

Andy

Andy,
Be sure after the meeting on the 3rd you post on the forum a link to the page of the SCBBBC site with all the info that is needed for the Invite.

Thanks Andy. I've been looking forward to a chance to redeem myself after last year!
