Hi, I need to return my reel ,it hasnt worked right since i bought it.Can someone give me the address and any info on their returning reels for repairs etc.. policies. do i need to include return shipping ,will they accept my reel even if i didnt fill out a warranty card.No modifications were done so i dont have to worry about that part. thanks for the help, Brian

They are very cool there and should help you out. Just send it with a note of what is wrong--you might want to send it insured. You might send a copy of your purchase receipt too. I don't believe you need to include return shipping. You can call them first to ask about your situation. They'll either fix it or replace the reel. I don't have the number handy but go to their website for a number.

i sent my reel in last week insured etc..when i called they said they would just replace it. do you know how long the return time will be about? i'm hoping not too long.thank you for the help. brian :-)

if they have the reel in stock it should only take a couple of days, but the turn around time can vary throughout the year.I know it's around 3 weeks right now, my buddy said they had over 1000 reels in to be serviced/repaired. I would just call them and ask them to check the status for you. 877-577-0600
