#9751, "Pyramid, 5/16/03"

I got the day off work so I decided to head on up to Pyramid for some striper action.

Fishing was really slow. It was a little breazy, so I decided to head straight to Yellowbar. Right away I started metering fish, and lots of them. The problem was that none of them were hungry! I ended up getting 1 very small striper, and a couple strikes. I did not see anyone else getting lucky either.

On the way back in, we fished the points for LMB, and SMB. My dad landed a small SMB.

I think the poor fishing was a result of the moon the night before....but a slow day fishing is still better than working!!!

Both fish were released.
