Decided to head down to laguna for a couple hours between appts. Fished from 930 to 1150 for 4 BSPs: 2 @ 9", 1@ 10", 1 @ 12". All on motoroil/red grub carolina rigged. Conditions looked nice but fish weren't around much--had to walk a lot before first hook up. Water got too calm and clear with receding tide, bite stopped. All fish released.
