Whoa moondoggie, you described it exactly! There was this guy on the bow of the Seahawk on this one trip with a 3 foot long rod and a giant old Penn reel spooled with what looked like 80lb dacron. Needless to say he absolultely slayed them. And yes, he grunted while he came down the rail, it was hilarious. I must have been one with the barni on that trip though because I got nine legals and busted off a couple.
