Profound thinking, I like it a lot. I need to fish outside the box and get on that wavelength. I need to get some good swimbaits, Slammers, Stockers, and whatevers to take with and do some searching. Go for it as they say!

That is a damn fine point about the steelhead in the Columbia and them big smallies. I wish I had more than three days to practice!!! I'll keep you posted and will get your advice on which big baits might be best in current/fast moving water.
Swim baits probably.
