I got a Live Trout hardbait last week and I threw it once for pretty much a whole day and I noticed the paint comes off VERY EASY. If I had a digital camera I'd show what just the hooks did to each side of my bait.

Should I put a clear coat on it?
WHat brands of clear coat do you guys recommend?
