Make sure you have good sunglasses that you can see through the water, I know that they follow it, it is just hard to see them.

After evey time i reel in a cast, I look into the water very carefully looking for that "submarine shadow", and sometimes if you see that follower, try not to spook it.

Dont throw the swimbait at it, beacause it usually spooks them, but throw a plastic worm right on top of him, they usually take it.
