Looks great Jake. My only concern would be your transducer. Seems like it would be easy to damage it if you hit some wood or something while cruising around backwards. Does your pvc (which your transducer is on) swing from front to back or have some give? Mine is not on pvc but on a bent 1/4 inch stainless steel rod and the weight of the transducer keeps it down in the proper position. When i hit something it just swings out of the way and no harm done. Ive hit a lot of wood etc. and not realized it untill i see my tranducer swinging out of the water. I konw it has saved my transducer on more than one occasion and i dont have to change directon when i get hung up.
