Of the lakes you listed, Otay has by far the best jig bite. I know guys get them in Harveys arm on jigs and also in the tulies sometimes.

As far as San V goes, the jig bite I have heard about is very deep (50 feet +). I know the quality of the jig fish in that lake is usually better, but I dont know too many people who have ever caught a limit on jigs in SD lakes.

A jig bite in SD is very tough to come by for me. I know guys get them on jigs, but, NOT ME.
