Nope. Matt's swimbaits are not "waking" baits. They are molded around a lead-head of some type so they plummet downward in water. They only come with a dorsal fin, forward facing hook and without a belly hook.
There is a hook eye hanging from the bely where I attach a split ring and a Mustad Weedless Treble hook(W-3551) on my Matt-baits. I throw them in a very snag-infested swamp pond and still manage to fish them without too many hang-ups. I've only had to use my lure-retriever once for one of them.
