Fished Mission Ve-Ghey-ho today. Not too bad. My best 5 probably went about 12 pounds. Kinda sucks for LMV but I had fun. Almost all fish caught on the Staycee 90SP in Ghost Minnow in less than 10 feet of water. One on a Deep Little N in the Brown Trout color. My partner got one on a Pointer, one the Deep Little N, and one on dropshot. He really wanted to catch an Ika fish so that's what he focused on. That's his excuse at least. Couple days of warm weather and this storm front got them moving. Also caught a couple of trout incedentally on the Norman. 2 or 3 weeks of good weather and the fish will be on beds. Go fishing.

Yeah Dan sounds strange from me huh??? If I got bit on the Hudd i guess anyone can really catch fish on them!!! Ill see you out there, maybe not sunday but a LOT! This is my first spring i actually get to fish for myself on the lake........I hope all is well with you.........

I suck there with the hudd so maybe they just hate me lol!! I've just been busy doing other things and not fishing too much. I'm getting the itch so I'll be out there more. Congrats on fishing for yourself for once!!

the bite has been good the last two days. the fish are moving in and i hope this next stom system doesnt effect there push for the shallows. I got some good news yesterday, i got a dry dock spot and know i can bring my boat down! this is going to be a great spring! i talked to dave things are looking good. That's what I heard. One of my buddies fished it from the beach for about an hour before dark on Sunday and said he got 7 on the jerkbait and probably missed just as many (donkey boy), all between 1 an 2 pounds.

Same buddy called me when I was at school today and told me he got his first bed fish of the year, about 2.5 lbs. He was working on the female, said it was like a 5, when I called him back. Go fishing.

bites been good on the smaller fish right now. alot of fish in the marina fanning beds! Starting to see females cruzzing the shallows last two days.

Stick to the matt lure swimbaits, make long cast parallel to the shore on the visibility lines
