Just wanted to let all you calfishermen know that I just reserved me a spot on the 3.5 day on June 28th on the Holiday out of Point Loma. As of today (Dec. 18) there were like 17 spots. Might be fun to have a gathering. I know quite a few of you guys live down south anyhoo. Price was $540 I believe.

I have to say that of all the people I know, you are the most into fishing of any of them. I used to be about as insane as you but lately you are getting way clutch. I will have to see about this trip. San Diego is a good 9 hours from the bay area but like Chris Rock says, Ya never know.

What have you been up to lately? No reports this week?
Mike and I are scheming for a Willow Beach striper trip in January. The 40 pounders have been biting down there recently.

Wow. The most clutch you say? I think I might up your rating just a bit, cause I just bought a 2 speed international 30SW... Not cheap, but I bought it from Australia (the exchange rate's sweet right now) so I saved about 150 bucks. I'm on winter break right now, so besides tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays when I have to work at the farmer's market (makin money for tackle...) I'm tryin to fish as much as I can. Kettler's got his boat slipped at cachuma for a week or two so we'll be doin some hardcore dropshottin this week and next week. The last couple days I've been feeling kinda shitty, so I've just been sittin around, booking 3.5 day trips, buying two speed reels etc. etc. Wed. I'll probably get off my arss and fish somewhere. Maybe tomorrow night the trailer park. Hell, it's only 11:20 right now, I could go fish right now!!! Nah, I gotta get up early tomorrow... I would though... Where we gonna fish this weekend?
