has anybody been to perris lately, how high or low is the water?
have they stocked the trout yet?
are the bass hitting the swimbaits yet?

Just went on the 19th and the water is way up. Im not too sure when the last trout plant was but i did get a small swimbait fish. I have a feeling that lake is gonna wake up soon and just start dumping out the double digits. good fishing

I've seen mostly ospreys out there.. but you might want to consider trying something else to better your chances maybe.. I've noticed that 4 (or 5") Hammer's, AA, etc.. have worked fairly well. They seem to get more follows recently and you can cast them a lot further--this is good if your fishing from shore, especially now--and they're also less expensive.
