Don't lower your prices man! You don't see lucky craft dropping prices on their $20 rip baits do you!? Your stuff is priced just right. Would I pay 15 for the bb? probably not, the trout? heck yes. and 20 for the bg is just fine. Custom swimbaits cost money and they don't paint themselves. They're just fine where they are at. Your stuff catches fish, now wheres that 10"?:7

hey matt
your baits work, so its money well spent. $35 for a hudd would be crazy, if it didnt work. you get what you pay for....worth every penny.

Oh, so a price debate. I'm game!

I love your work Matt. You seem to have some of the biggest potential for making incredible baits....And your baits are getting better and better.......

As far as price.....man. I can barely even go fishing anymore as it is. Gas prices 3 bucks a gallon....Closest lake is 50 miles....its hard to even pay for that day in and day out. So ofourse the likeliness of me just going around buying 20 dollar baits left and right is very low....So if you were looking at a sales standpoint, I think you would essentially make money because people like me would buy your baits more often simply because its a bit more affordable. I spend too much on fishing stuff as it is :)

But I compltely understand that your making great baits here and your a smaller business. From that standpoint it makes sense!

Anyhow, just giving some feedback. Good luck in your decision! Also.....Where's the 10" wedge tails? And all those type things? Can't wait to see em!

I dont plan on changing the price of my bass or gill but maybe I should lower the trout by $1-$2 and make a 3 for deal like I have on the bass. The only reason I charge more for the trout is, its a pain to paint and it cost me more to have it painted wether its just labor time or when somebody else paints it for me. I apreciate all the kind words from you guys. Rob didnt talk me into it, I have not sold as many of the trout as I have the bass and the trout is a great little bait that gets bit so I want to move more of them.
For those of you waiting for my 10in trout, there are legal issues that I dont want to get involved in. Once they clear up I might be able to sell some.
