I agree. Poachers suck. I show very little remorse for people keeping over limits, or short fish, and that kind of thing. If it's something that I can see directly hurting the fishery, it's gonna stop... Whether that means calling cal tip, informing the dude, or whatever. It would take a lot for me to ignore the problem.
