#14901, "Lake levels and fish location/bite?"

Now that the lake I fish in most often is filling up rapidly with snow melt I just wonder what that does to the location and the bite of the fish? On Monday I went out and got three really nice 3# and bigger bass, by Thursday the lake had to be at least 10ft to 15ft higher as the road I parked on was under water. I fished the same spots using the same baits and didn't even get a single bite in over 4hrs. There is a ton of big rocks for cover and submerged trees along the edge of the lake now. Do you think the females(lmb's) are hiding in there to spawn? I tried fishing with a live crawler, a dark 6" Senko, and a Rattle Trap. By May, Kaweah- the lake I fish, is supposed to be topped off. How do you go about finding fish in these situations, and how do you get them to bite?
