Location: Oxnard

Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm

Bait: Grubs in Motor Oil/Red Flake was the one getting the most hits.
Ohter grubs were Motor Oil/Red FLakes Both in 1 1/1" size.

Equipmnet: 7' lite ugly stick rod and 2500c Dawia reel

Hook:#6

Line main 6lbs and 21/2' leader with 10lb test.

Summary: The fishing was good in size with one. Only one of the whole time. Did the same casting out over the breaks. When at the last break I felt a hard hit on the grub. First, thing thinking a corbina or croaker wow. However as I was reeling in I seen a nice size perch.
Secondly, Did have other hits but no hook up. That the repsots for and met a nice guy who makes it own grubs. Thank you sir for two of them. For not Happy Fishing.
