Hi Brandon, I just fished there but I was kinda limited being on shore and short on time. You shoud get into some fish being in a boat. I like the 4-inch Big Hammers in halloween, kelp kritter, and fongfish. Those are all dark back with amber middle and an orange belly. I think they look like mussels which the spotties eat a lot of. I also like 4-inch brown grunion for baitfish imitation. I fish those on 3/8 or 1/2 oz Hammerhead jigheads with 8-10#. Toss those around docks and pilings. Be sure to keep the bait on or near the bottom. Also, you might try some Assalt plastics in the eel grass. My friend John just got an article published on how to fish them in the weeds. Unfortunately, the tides aren't great this weekend but his technique is very good for little current or slack tides. Good luck.
