Anyone been to LA bay in the Sea of Cortez lately? Ill be going in two weeks with my family for my summer vacation. Also, if anyone wants to hook up and fish Santa Cruz (city) next week, Ill be up there with my kayak. Are lings and rockfish still illegal to take there? Can you bring two rods? Im only 14 years old so the trips have to be local.
