I saw the article. It made front page once again two weeks in a row about fishing regulations on our beloved central coast. I can't believe that these new imposed regulations are going unmatched to our beliefs in recreational fishing. The plan seems to cover commercial fishing and diving but for the joe shmoe like us that likes to cast out on the beach hoping to catch a thriller begs us to question what is the true intent. Conservation or New laws to validate there election by creating new "environ" conciousness? I seem to wonder what or whom they are really fighting for.
