Late report. I got this JP winner 8/10 on the SeaBiscuit out of CISCO. It ate an anchovy in about 90 feet of water. The sand bass were going good and I got a JP contender early. Around 2 p.m., a gal named Jennifer lands a good sandie and I'm thinking "There goes the JP." Then, I get a better fish on. Color. It the best halibut I've ever landed. 41" long. In a wet burlap sack, it was 35 lbs.
