I recently had some terrific ocean Salmon caught out by Pacifica, CA. Wonderful and firm. Try this: bake filets at 350 for about 10 minutes, then take out pat off tops of filets with a paper towel, spread mayo on top (as thick or as thin as you like), sprinkle with fresh dill, then top with parmesan cheese(fresh shredded is best), then broil until brown and bubbly on top...this is soooo good! Depending on how big the Salmon filets are depends on how long you should bake it, but trust me, this is a winner!Let me know how you like it, I have a few more :)
