im probably gonna go out to newport harbor this weekend in my friends raft. we wanna try to catch some sharks. my set up would be 15 lb line on a carolina rig with a trap rig and 3/0 hooks. is this strong enough for leopards, or do i need to raise both hook size and line up. also does anyone know any good spots in the harbor for bat rays or sharks.
