Norms Big Fish in Seal Beach On PCH and Seal Beach Blvd., Pauls in San Pedro Gaffey Ave. right off the freeway Gaffy exit I think, Wylies in Malibu on PCH(no ghost shrimp but other does have other surf baits), and Ricks Bait in Long Beach not sure of the address give them a call. There are others but those are the ones that come to mind for me.
