After getting skunked on the giant squid on last Wednesday's twilight trip (only 3 caught on our boat!?) out of Dana Point, I had to try for them again. Fished San Clemente Pier from 8:30pm to 12:30am. Caught/released 5 salema and yes...4 Giant Squid!!! Some guys had about 10 each, but 4 is plenty for me (they are BIG)! Does anyone know any good Calamari recipes?
