hey. a cople of weeks ago i was fishing at lake cuyamaca for trout with my dad. we cought our limits and when we got home i cleaned the trout, and one looked unusualy fat for its length wich was 10". and sure enough when i cleaned it it had a 5" senko in its gut. have any of you guys/ladys ever sceen something like this happen? i just thought i would share this odd story with you. -edward-
once at lake cuyamaca(in san diego) i caught a trout w/a cigarette butt as well.but heres a weirder one,one time a few years back i was fishing a small pond just below san vincente little be knownest to me the lake had been closed off and stocked with trout for a huck finn program.(sorry bout that).anyway im back in this cove throwing a 9" cinnamin blue vein worm, when the worm swims off i set the hook only to find a 10 or so inch trout barely hooked using a 3/0 hook.I was in disbelief to say the least especially not knowing the little pond i use to rope swing and fish in was closed and now stocked with trout.thats what makes fishing neat ,you just never know whats going to happen next out on the water. tight lines , brian
My dad and I were out bass fishing and noticed some big trout cruising along the shore. We didn't have our trout stuff so he threw a senko. He got a 5 or 6 pound rainbow to hit a white one.
i have caught trout on liver fishing cats in june. also i have found fresh water clams whole in the belly's of some of the trout i cleaned for my pops. chip gilbert .... bassaholics.com
