Has anyone fished the San Dimas Reservoir? Is there bass at San Dimas? I know the DFG stocks it once and awhile with trout but I'd like to know something about the reservoir, so anyone that has been there let me know! :o

there is water there and i used to fish it alot

i have a friend that lives in the cabins abovew the dam and swears by some of the spots

he is supposed to take me to the honey holes within a couple of weeks

but there is water there now and i dont go there anymore because the last time i went a couple of years ago my car got broken into and everything got jacked

but there are fish there!!!

Did you read yesterday's edition of the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, the front page has a story on the draining of the reservoir...down to 10 feet and 32 million gallons as opposed to 392 million previously! I don't doubt there's bass in there but what quantity and size remains to be seen. Anyway, SanDimasGuy good luck and caught one for me!:-)

but they do drain the reservoior about every 3-5 years to dredge it out so maybe thats what thier about to do
