Playing the casual card today, I can’t tell you how nice it is to take a break from tournament fishing. I get to follow my whims and go with the flow of the day.

Matt brought his prize winning Asian style ceviche mix, and I brought traditional Mexican style. The first thing we had to do was catch some fish to put in it. We started with Opaleye. The opaleye fishing kinda sucked but we gave it an hour or so. Eron and Matt got a few, I gave up and started basin early.

It’s pudding time….

The bassin was tough today as was the hali fishing, but we played around and slowly but surely filled the cooler with edibles. Got to try Unibutter for the first time today and was very impressed. Good Job Tommy!!

Eventually we caught enough calicos, sandies, and opes to create a feast, and we proceeded to get our gobble on….

We ate our fill and gave some to some friends.

Didn’t know what to do with the last 2 hours, so I motored out to the tip of PL, and we whacked some more calicos.
