Not a whole lot to fish for now a days. Perch and trout. I catch black, rainbow, split tail, and rubberlips. This year I've only gone once, only black perch about 3/4-1 lb. lot's of of 'em during the bite, about 2 hours. Still need to get some splits and rubberlips, big dogs.

Just to let you know I do hear the perch bite is doing pretty well in the Santa Cruz area and they've been getting some stripers as well...

Talk to the guys at Fisherman's Warehouse for the know... ;)

The perch here are insane right now... this last storm turned up all the food and I went again this morning... A few good size walleye's(( 3-4 lbs )), few good rubberlips(( one of them was around 6 lbs... A lot of smaller stuff too. Had a great time. I am in Santa Cruz and if you are south of me, you should be geting some swell here pretty soon.
Good fishing...Jeremy

Crimp your barbs and only keep what you will eat.....
