Ron, his friend & I launched his boat @ 3:30 AM from Long Beach. Got bait from Little Jack @ Avalon then ran up the backside to Meet Steve & Ken on the Little Striper along with the fleet at Little Harbor. No one was bent anymore there so we ran back to a spot by ourselves at Ben Weston that looked good & started a drift. A triple pinned Iron was picked up which resulted in a 20# seabass. We called over the Little Striper & we both anchored up right in the surf for an hour long WFO bite on 20# class seabass with a few halibut mixed in. Around 9:00 am the wind started so we ran around the West End to check out conditions before running home. We were told that there was a morning in West Cove also. Time for sleep.

Thanks, you called it to. We have been watching this weekend/moon phase for 2 months. We were planning a trip to mexico for the big seabass this weekend but the water hasn't warmed up below Ensenada yet. Here are a few pics.
