I was just wondering if anyone knew how to pro rig and osprey themselves or if anyone knows of a website i could get instructions from?

This is a good site to start looking.Look back in the archive(old posts).I just took a look back at some of the posts and this question has come up a few times to say the least.I know there was a really good post ahwile back from CJ maybe where he broke it down step by step with pics and everything.I could not find that exact post again but theres so much good info in the older posts,about ospreys and all sorts of good stuff.

i just leave mine and use a snap swivle, like on the slammers, it makes the head wobble.
