Was that guy's last name Senko? LOL
That's pretty lame, but whatever. When I fish for trout I like catching wild type trout over planters, but in the bay area lakes, I don't see how you're going to sustain any kind of wild trout anything, so they probably should just give up and go with the planters. Who's going to fly fish at Coyote or San Pablo?

Not too mention, only "half" of the hatchery trout planted in Pablo (maybe some other bay area lakes too), are paid for by the state. The other half comes from funds generated by daily fishing permits sold for San Pablo.

I think the Florida Strain bass should have a say on this issue too....... Can you imagine those poor things sitting at the launch ramp with a sign, "Will work for trout" :-) LOL
